THE MISSION
When Russell began working with North Shore Digital it was just after the beginning of his journey as a business owner. COVID and the lockdown and lack of flying had meant that his day job as a jet pilot was on hold. This gave him the opportunity to start a business that would help future proof his family’s future. When Russell came to us he needed to grow demand and inquiries for dryer vent cleaning and servicing but also manage operational and human resource challenges. We worked with him to strike a balance of growth while making sure it was sustainable.
