Rob followed in his father’s footsteps first apprenticing under his direction and then going out on his own in 1990. Today, R&B Plumbing and Heating is still a family run, local company providing residential and commercial plumbing and heating services to homes and businesses on the North Shore and Vancouver.

THE MISSION
We started working with Rob and Michelle at R&B in December 2020. Our mission was to get R&B more business for their main services: plumbing, heating, cooling, drainage depending on the seasonal demand.
It was also important to grow customer inquiries in their service areas with the North Shore being most important. Although R&B’s service locations include downtown and Burnaby, due to bridge traffic and congestion, it is preferable to get more inquiries on the North Shore. This helps logistics and profit margins for jobs since less time is wasted in traffic.
