Rather than just tell us when someone clicks on a phone call button, you can listen back to recorded calls to vet them. We also get accurate results about who is phoning from which source. Sometimes people type in a number from online and don’t click through to call. With advanced call tracking, we get all this data.
It is optional and we will let you know in onboarding whether we recommend it or not. For the majority of clients who generate business on the phone, it is highly recommended.
